학교공동체의 특성에 관한 분석적 고찰

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is to explore the characteristics of school community. The elements of conceptual frame for analysis are members, structure, culture, environment of schools. Based on the literature review & cases of school community domestic & abroad, it analyzed the characteristics of school community. The findings are the followings. Firstly, the characteristics of organization in school community are leadership of principals, teachers' collegial relationship, respect for students' self-autonomous activities, parents' support etc. Secondly, characteristics of structure in school community are reduction of teachers' administrative task and organizational charts, building small schools. Thirdly, characteristics of culture in school community are active use of school workshop & seminar among same subject teachers, monitoring by professional community norms etc. Finally, environmental factors of school community includes support from community and personnel policy which focuses on learning & caring for students. It also points out that there are some tasks to be solved such as loss of homogeneous & stable human relationship among people, the increase of diversity among school members, the enlargement of gesellschaft in schools etc.
