장애인 임금 근로자의 주관적 사회경제적 지위가일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감의 매개효과와 정규직여부의 조절효과분석 중심으로 = The Influence of Disabled Paid Workers' Subjective Socioeconomic Statues on Daily Life Satisfaction; the Main Focus on Analyzing Mediation Effect of Self Esteem and Moderating Effect of Standard and Non-standard Workers.

The objective of this study is to investigate mediation effects of self-esteem and moderatingeffect of non-standard workers and standard workers on disabled paid workers' subjectivesocioeconomic statues and their daily life satisfaction. For this, the Data of 1,094respondents from the 5th wave of the 2012 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabledby Korea Employment Agent for the Disabled was used. The results showed that there ismediation effects and moderating effect. Therefore, in order to enhance the disabled paidworkers' daily life satisfaction, programs which not only focus on their subjectivesocioeconomic status but also one which lifts their self-esteem must be developed andestablished. Also, I proposed a policy which shifts from non-standard workers to standardworkers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 임금 근로자의 주관적 사회경제적 지위와 그들의 일상생활만족도간에서 자아존중감의 매개효과와 정규직 여부의 조절효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구를위하여 한국장애인 고용촉진공단에서 2012년도에 실시한 제5차 장애인고용 패널조사에 참여한 장애인 임금근로자 1,094명의 자료가 활용 되었다. 연구 결과는 자아존중감의 매개효과와 정규직여부가 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 확인 되었다. 시사점은 장애인 임금근로자의일상생활 만족도 수준을 향상하기 위해서는 주관적 사회경제적 지위의 향상뿐만 아니라 자아존중감을 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성과 비정규직을 정규직으로 전환 할 필요가있다는 정책적 제언을 하였다.
