The purpose of this study is to help government and investment company to make decision efficiently in limited resource by ordering the investment with their relative importances. To do this we made a 3 steps preparing a draft for settling down investment factors and making a decision the priority order investment. 3 steps composed review of literature and conference with specialists, analysis of investment element and sub-element by Delphi method, decision of sport industry investment priority by AHP method.
Results of this study were follow. First, this is made up with 4 investment factors, 10 subordinate factors and 42 investment items. Second, By AHP method, we could get results that sport industry investment priority are sport industry infra structure(0.2923), the enlargement of market and attracting the capital(0.2493), the improvement of marketing(0.2336), information & technology development(0.2249) in order. Third, investment priority between 10 subordinate factors of each 4 investment factors was decided by AHP method. In sport industry infrastructure, it was revealed that maintenance of law and system for resources is important in order to sport industry development. In the enlargement of market and attracting the capital part, it was showed that sport tourism development and opening of big sport event is important in order to sport industry development. In the improvement of marketing part, it was reveals that training system development of sport industry experts and improvement of management circumstances is important in order to sport industry development. For Information & Technology development, it was revealed that sport industry support network, improvement the capability of sport related industry research center, the National certification agency and establishment of certification system is important in order to sport industry development.
