인문,사회과학편 : 해양스포츠 참여정도에 따른 여가몰입과 생활만족 및 자아효능감의 관계 = The Relationship among Leisure Flow Experience, Life Satisfaction, and Self-Efficacy Based on the Degree of Marine Sports Participation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among leisure flow experience, life satisfaction, and self-efficacy based on the degree of marine sports participation. The subjects in this study consisted of 266 people who were members of scuba diving, yacht, windsurfing clubs participating in marine sports in Gangwondo and Busan. Results showed that participants with monthly income 4,000,000won and higher, participants who were members of scuba diving clubs, and participants who engaged in marine sports more than once a week had statistically significant higher levels of leisure flow experience, physical self-efficacy, and general self-efficacy. A significant positive relationship was found between years experience in marine sports and the degree of its participation. Significant correlations were also found between leisure flow experience and life satisfaction, between life satisfaction and physical self-efficacy, and between physical self efficacy and general self-efficacy. Findings of this study show that leisure flow experience, physical self-efficacy, and general self-efficacy significantly influenced the frequency of participation in marine sports. Life satisfaction significantly influenced the frequency and the degree of participation in marine sports.
