This study purposed on examination a relationship leisure sports participation, health status, activities of daily living and quality in the Elderly. this study used 4,961 elderly over 65 years dates of 2008 KLIPS(Korea Labor & Institute Panel Study)``s data for analysis. Analysis method were chi-square test, T-test, F-test, and regression analysis by SPSS 18.0. As a result, first, there are deferences between sociodemographic characteristic and leisure sports participation. Second, elderly who have a experience of leisure sports participation were higer health status, activities of daily living and quality than non leisure sports participation. Third, leisure sports participation period and intensity affected health status, activities of daily living and quality. Lastly, health status, activities of daily living affected quality.
