평생교육 서비스의 참여 동기가 교육 만족도와 행복에 미치는 영향 = The Effects on Participative Motivation of Lifelong Education Services toward Education Satisfaction and Happiness : Focused on Senior Welfare Center in Cheongju

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 평생교육 서비스에 참여하고 있는 학습자를 대상으로 평생교육 프로그램 참여자의 동기가 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향과 교육 만족도가 행복에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 실시하였 다. 평생교육 참여동기는 개인적 동기와 사회적 동기로 구분하였으며, 평생교육 만족도는 시설 및환경, 프로그램, 강사, 교육과정 운영담당자 만족도로 구성하였고, 전반적인 삶의 만족도를 행복의 측정치로 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 청주 소재 노인복지관 4곳의 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 노인을 대상 으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 연구결과 첫째, 평생교육 참여 동기를 개인적 동기와 사회적 동기로 구분하였으며 개인적 동기는 평생교육 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며, 사회적 동기는 정(+)의 관련성을 가지나 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육 만족도와 행복의 관계를 분석한 결과 평생교육 만족도는 행복에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인 복지관들이 노인 학습자를 대상으로한 평생교육 참여 동기가 평생교육 만족감을 증가시키고 행복을 향상시키는 데에 매우 중요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects on Participative motivation of Lifelong Education Services toward Education Satisfaction and Happiness based senior welfare center. Participation motivation of lifelong education services are identified as personal motivations and social motivations. The lifelong education satisfaction are comprised of facility and environment, program, tutors, and curricular supporters, and also the happiness consists of life satisfaction. For this study, we obtained data from senior welfare center where located in Cheongju. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was significant positive relation between personal motivation and lifelong education satisfaction. But there was not significant relation in social motivation and lifelong education satisfaction. Secondly, lifelong education satisfaction have an positive influence on happiness. These study results implementation of lifelong education satisfaction improve happiness.
