다문화 접촉 경험의 교육적 의미 이해: 초등 예비 교사들의 문화 다양성 관련 변화를 중심으로 = The educational meaning of the preservice teachers` changes in multicultural contact experiences: centered on the cultural diversity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to certify what changes can be made through the multicultural contact experiences in elementary preservice teacher education. For this purpose, I developed and implemented multicultural contact program for elementary preservice teachers. To identify the participants` changes, I analysed the contents of students` field notes qualitatively. The results are as follows: first, preservice teachers experienced cultural diversity in many ways. Second, they experienced changes mainly on three aspects ; the images of immigrant labor and Islam, the attitudes of cultural diversity, the teachers` role in multicultural classroom. On the base of these results finally I conclued that multicultural contact experiences has double educational effect ; to self-examination on ``ours`` through reflection on ``the others``.
