사회복지 실습 수퍼비전 만족도 영향요인 = Factors associated with supervision satisfaction in graduate social work field practicum

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study are to examine the current status of supervision in the agencies, to assess supervision satisfaction, and to identify factors associated with supervision satisfaction in graduate social work field practicum. Especially, we were interested in supervisors' characteristics, supervision structures and supervision functions as influencing factors. The study conducted a survey with a total of 113 MSW students participating in practicum and taking a field practicum seminar. The result of multiple regression analysis found that integrative function (β = .664, p < .001) and service delivery function (β = .290, p < .05) among three supervision functions were significantly associated with supervision satisfaction. The integrative function emerged as the most important factor and the model explained 78.3 percent of the variance (F= 23.45, p < .001). This means that supervision functions are more important than supervisors' characteristics and supervision structures. Therefore, agencies need to provide a high quality of supervision functions focusing on integrative function and service delivery function for supervisees.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지학과 대학원생들이 실습 기관에서 받고 있는 수퍼비전의 실태와 만족도를 조사하고, 수퍼바이저 특성, 수퍼비전의 구조 및 기능이 실습생들의 수퍼비전 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지학과 대학원 과정에서 실습에 참여하고 현장실습세미나 과목을 수강한 여학생 총 113명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 회귀분석을 실시한 결과를 살펴보면, 수퍼비전의 기능 중 통합기능(β = .664, p < .001)과 서비스제공 기능(β = .290, p < .05)이 통계적으로 유의미하게 수퍼비전 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 더욱이 전체 연구모형의 수정 설명력은 78.3%로 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 수퍼비전의 기능이 수퍼바이저의 특성이나 구조보다 중요하게 사회복지 실습 수퍼비전 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 실습 기관에서는 기능에 충실한 수퍼비전을 제공함으로써 실습 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있을 것이다.
