This study is aimed at clarifying the relationship between positive psychological capital and ego-resilience, burnout of professional dancers. The questionnaire used for this study is a test tool whose reliability and properness have already been verified by previous domestic and international studies. Here, some parts of the questionnaire was corrected according to the purpose of the study. Collected data excluding those considered insincere were analyzed using the Window SPSS 18.0 program following the purpose of the study. To analyze the data, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Correlational analysis and Stepwise Multi Regression were used. Results of analysis of the relationship between positive psychological capital and ego-resilience, burnout of professional dancers using such methods are as follows. First, the positive psychological capital of professional dancers turned out to affect significantly positive attitude and interpersonal effectiveness of ego-resilience. Second, the positive psychological capital of dancers had an effect on the lack of accomplishment among sub-factors of burnout. Third, the ego-resilience of professional dancers was partially associated with the burnout.
