The purpose of the this study was to find out the influence of watching Korean dance experience on ego-resilience and school life adjustment of middle school students. Using purposive sampling method, 333 middle school students were selected from 2 schools in Kyunggi Province as subjects. Data were collected through the questionnaires used previous studies. In this study, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis methods were used to solve problems of the study. On the basis of the results analyzed, the conclusions were drawn as follows. First, according to personal characteristics, there were significant differences in ego-resilience and school life adjustment of middle school students. Second, the students who had experiences of watching Korean traditional dance had higher score of ego-resilience and school life adjustment. Third, the ego-resilience influenced on school life adjustment of middle school students significantly.
