The purpose of this study was conducted to clarify the relationship between the professionalism of dances ports instructor and coaching efficiency. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 330 dance sports participant using purposeful sampling method for 3 months from August to October of 2010. Data were collected through the self-administrated 31 questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The analysis method was used t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis methods in order to solve problems of the study. The conclusions were drawn as follows. First, females who participated in dances ports had higher perceived emphasis on general principle and coaching satisfaction than male participants. 20-30 year old participants perceived the lowest teaching techniques of them all ages. And 20-30 year old participants perceived the higher perceived humanity than over 60s, participants of singularity in 60s showed the highest perception in member management. Participants who have 3-5 years of dancing perceived the highest teaching technique practical training knowledge ability, emphasis on general principle, member management for professionalism factor, and coaching satisfaction in coaching efficiency of participants who learned dances ports in 1-3 years and over 5 years. Second, training knowledge ability and humanity of professionalism factor had significantly positive influences on ability improvement. Third, teaching technique, training knowledge ability, humanity of professionalism factor had significantly positive influences on coaching satisfaction.
