ERP시스템의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 = A Study on Factors affecting the Intention to use of ERP System

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기술수용모헝(Technology Acceptance Model : TAM)에서 외부변수로 제시하고 있는 복잡성, 이미지, 자발성 효능감이 ERP시스템 사용자의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성이 ERP시스템 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다.
연구 결과, 이미지와 자발성 효능감은 지각된 유용성에, 복잡성과 자발성 효능감은 지각된 이용용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 복잡성, 이미지는 ERP시스템 이용의도에 간접효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자발성 효능감은 ERP 시스템 이용의도에 직접, 간접효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research using TAM proves how the complexity, the images, the spontaneity, and the self-efficacy that affect the acceptance of ERP users influence the perceived usefulness and ease of use, and how the perceived usefulness and ease of use influence the intention of using ERP.
The results are followed by.
First, this study shows that spontaneity, self-efficacy and images affect the acceptance and the perceived usefulness of ERP users. Second, it presents that the complexity, the spontaneity, and the self-efficacy cause the perceived ease of use. Third, the spontaneity and the self-efficacy have a direct impact on the intention of using ERP.
Particularly, this study presented that the spontaneity and self-efficacy of the external variables influence the perceived usefulness, ease of use, and intention of using ERP significantly, as well as they have the most powerful impact.
