대학생의 진로미결정, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로 준비행동, 진로만족 및 삶의 만족 간의 구조적 관계: 부산시내 대학생을 중심으로 = The structural relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, career indecision, career preparation behavior, career satisfaction and life satisfaction: Centering around college students in Busan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the impact of four variables(career decision-making self-efficacy, career indecision, career preparation behavior, career satisfaction and life satisfaction) of college students by structural equation modeling. A total of 420 participants in 1th and 4th grades from four large universities in Busan were recruited for this study. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated the following: First, career decision-making self-efficacy had an impact on career satisfaction not only directly but also either just through career preparation behavior. Second, career indecision had career satisfaction only directly, but not through career preparation behavior. Third, career preparation behavior did not have an impact on career satisfaction directly, but through career satisfaction. Forth, gender did not play a moderating effect in the relations between variables. Fifth, grade plays a moderating effect in the relations between career decision-making self-efficacy and career satisfaction. Sixth, socioeconomic status plays a moderating effect in the relations not only between career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior, but also between career indecision and career satisfaction. Finally, career decision-making self-efficacy, career indecision, career preparation behavior accounted for 68% of the variance of career satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy, career indecision, career preparation behavior, career satisfaction accounted for 54% of the variance of life satisfaction. Limitations of this study and implications for future studies were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로미결정이 대학생의 진로만족 및 삶의 만족에 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시내 4개 대학의 대학생 420명을 대상으로 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정수준, 진로준비행동, 진로만족도, 주관적 삶의 만족도 검사를 실시하였으며, 이들 변인 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석 하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동을 통해 진로만족에 영향을 미치기도 하며, 진로만족에 직접 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 둘째, 진로미결정은 진로만족에 대한 직접적인 효과만 나타났고, 진로준비행동을 통해 진로만족에 영향을 미치는 경로는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로준비행동이 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 직접효과는 나타나지 않았고, 진로만족은 삶의 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 진로관련 변인들 간의 성의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 다섯째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로만족의 관계에서 학년의 조절효과가 나타났다. 여섯째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동, 진로미결정과 진로만족의 관계에서 사회경제적 지위의 조절효과가 나타났다. 일곱째, 최종모형에서 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정, 진로준비행동이 진로만족을 68% 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정, 진로준비행동, 진로만족이 삶의 만족을 54% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
