도시 재생 측면에서 복합 상업 시설의 맥락적 접근 전략에 관한 연구 : 중국 일본사례를 중심으로 = A Study on the Strategic Revitalization of the Contextual Mixed

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 도시 중심부는 이용자의 다양한 행위의 복합작용으로 인해 내부 조직이 복잡하게 개발되는 한편 경제성 및 정체성 확보의 실패로 도시 자족기능을 상실한 체 도시 쇠퇴의 상황에 상존하고 있다. 각국의 많은 도시들은 이에 대응하기 위해 유·무형 자산의 활성화를 통한 발전된 도시 재생의 전략을 추구하고 있다. 이는 과거와 같은 무분별한 물량위주 개발의 답습이 아닌, 질적인 변화를 말한다. 본 논문은 현대 도시의 복합적 특성을 반영하는 일상 공간으인 복합상업시설이 도시 재생의 새로운 가능성으로 인식되는 바에 착안하였다. 중국, 일본의 해외 성공사례를 대상으로 개발과 계획과정을 분석하여 맥락적 접근 전략을 연구한다. 추출된 활성화 요소와 개발 프로세스는 도시 재생 측면에서 복합상업시설의 맥락적 접근 전략 수립 시 참고할 만한 지침으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The centers of modern cities have developed as complicated inner structure with the use of space governed by compound actions of various activities of users. At the same time, due to failures in securing economic feasibility and identity, many cities have lost their self-sufficiency and face urban decline. To confront this problem, many cities adopt the strategy of more advanced urban regeneration through the vitalization of tangible and intangible assets. This is different from the imprudent quantitative development of the past, but a change into a qualitative development.As mixed-use complexes include various functions of the daily-used spaces reflecting compound characteristics of a modern city and are now recognized as a new possibility for urban regeneration, the successful cases in China and Japan are analyzed in this study of their development and planning procedure with a contextual approach. The elements of vitalization and development process of each case will be examined in relation to the relevant cities, and the success and results drawn from this study will be able to be used as a reference for establishing strategies of contextual mixed-use complexes for urban regeneration in Korea.
