정부지원 산학협력의 성공요인 = 구조방정식을 이용한 실증분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정부가 지원하는 산학협력의 성공요인과 이들 요인 간 구조적 인과관계를 분석한 것이다. 자원기반 관점(resource-based view)에서 협력성과를 종속변수로 하여 투입자원과 조직의 상호작용 관계에서 네트워킹, 즉, 커뮤니케이션 체계, 기술 마케팅, 파트너 선택 등을 잠재변수로 설정하였다. 정부지원 산학협력 프로그램의 지원을 받는 기술이전전담조직을 이용한 경험이 있는 대학교수 및 산업체 관계자에 대한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 구조방정식을 이용한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 자원기반 관점에서 투입자원이 산학협력의 성과에 직접적인 영향요인인 동시에, 조직의 상호작용 관계에서 네트워킹을 매개로 협력성과에 영향을 미치는 인과관계 구조를 갖는다는 점을 밝혀준다. 그리고 네트워킹 내에서의 인과관계 구조는 커뮤니케이션 체계, 기술마케팅, 파트너 선택 과정이 순차적으로 협력성과에 영향을 준다. 따라서 산학협력의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 사업비, 기술이전 전문가 확충을 위한 지원강화 뿐만 아니라 투입자원이 조직의 상호작용 활동과 연계됨을 인식하고 조직의 내외부에서 이루어지는 네트워크 구축 및 활동에 대한 적극적인 관리가 병행되어야 할 필요가 있다. 한편, 투입자원과 커뮤니케이션 체계가 파트너 선택에
직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 바, 네트워킹 과정에서 기술 마케팅이 적정한 파트너를 선택하는데 매우 중요한 요인임을 확인 하였다. 이에 협력 파트너 간 상호이익에 대한 정보와 협력목적 및 내용의 명확화가 요구된다.
