지방문화산업클러스터의 거버넌스체제 분석에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Governance System of Regional Cultural Industry Clusters

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since 2000s, there has been growing interest in cultural policy as a key factor for developing national industry. This study aims at analysing the governance system of regional cultural industry clusters in Korea. For the purpose, this article uses six governance related variables including community, rule, financial resource, human resource, direction of partnership and intensity of partnership. This article carries a literature study, case study and interview study on eight regional cultural industry clusters.
The result shows that in terms of community's relevance, only Daegu and Daejeon are pertinent. Financial support from private sector and human support from local governments are not sufficient. In terms of partnership, interaction among university, research center, cultural industry are not very active. The conclusion provides the relatively low level of governance on community and partnership.
