문화경쟁력과 창의성이 도시경제에 미치는 영향분석: 수도권 지역을 중심으로 = An Analysis of the Impact of Cultural Competitiveness and Creativity on the Urban Economy: Focusing on the Seoul Metropolitan Area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studies the influences of the competitiveness of culture and art and creativity on urban economy. This paper focuses on the capital region of Korea. For an empirical analysis, this study utilized the competitiveness of culture and arts, urban creativity measured by creative index of Florida of 3T(Talent, Technology and Tolerance) and urban economy measured by local tax per capita.
The implications of results are as follows: First, the urban government has to focus on the power of culture and art, increased creativity and economy in urban areas.
Second, The number of workers in culture and art fields showed the highest correlation in the factors of culture and art. So the urban governments have to be concerned to support the creation space for artists and the enjoyment space for citizen and the programs of inter-relationship to artists and citizens, increasing creativity and improving economy.
