The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of korean dance training on changes in the depression status, anxiety status, sleep satisfaction, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in elderly women. The experimental subjects were classified into 2 groups: ① control group(n=10) and ② korean dance group(n=10). Korean dance training was structured for 60 minutes, 3 times a week, for 12 weeks. The psychological criteria and cardiovascular function were measured before and after the korean dance training. The results of this study were presented as follows: In conclusion, korean dance training can effectively change the depression status(**p<.01), anxiety status(*p<.05), sleep satisfaction(**p<.01), systolic blood pressure(*p<.05), diastolic blood pressure(**p<.01) and heart rate(*p<.05).
