지역축제 서비스품질과 재방문 의도 및 구전효과의 관계에서 개인특성요인의 조절효과 분석 : 강진청자문화제를 중심으로 = An Analysis on the Control Effects of the Personal Trait Factors between the Revisit Intention and the Effect of Oral Transmission with the Service Quality in Local Festival: Focused on the Gangjin Celadon Festival

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역축제 서비스품질이 구전효과와 재방문 의도의 관계에 있어서 개인특성요인의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 검토하여 지역축제 서비스품질의 영향요인과 고객만족, 구전효과, 재방문의도를 변수로 설정하였다. 지역축제 서비스품질인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성이 고객만족에 영향을 미치고, 고객만족은 구전효과와 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서 연구대상에 대한 인구 통계적학 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하고, 구조방정식모형을 통해 가설검증과 조절효과 검증을 하였다.
연구결과 지역축제서비스 품질의 변수인 유형성, 확신성, 공감성의 변수는 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 고객만족의 변수는 구전효과와 재방문 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성별과 소득에 따른 조절효과 분석결과 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성, 공감성이 고객만족에 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났으며, 고객만족은 구전효과와 재방문 의도에 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났다.
본 연구의 주된 목적인 지역축제 서비스품질이 구전효과와 재방문 의도에 성별과 소득에 따라 미치는 조절효과 분석으로 다양한 변수들의 상대적인 영향력을 규명하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study purposes the research to present local government and theoretical implications by analyzing the control effects of the personal trait factors between the revisit intention and the effect of oral transmission with the service quality in local festival. The number of local festivals has increased since the beginning of the era of local autonomy. Recently, about 726 local festivals have been held every year by the local governments.
For these purposes, authors summarized the current researches on the significance of the local festivals and the control effects of the personal trait factors between the revisit intention and the effect of oral transmission with the service quality in local festival.
The following conclusions were derived Gangjin Celadon Festival.
First, Gangjin Celadon Festival is affected directly by empathy of the service quality in local festival.
Second, results of the control effects in the sex factors, men proves to be affected the most in client satisfaction.
Third, results of the control effects in the income factors, assurance and tangibles are to be affected in the high group. The analytic results of this study presented the theoretical implications and policy suggestions of the local festival.
