한국인의 행복감 결정요인 = The Analysis on the Determinants of Happiness in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Using KGSS(Korean General Social Survey) 2012, this study is to investigates the determinants of happiness in Korea based on Easterlin and Sawangfa(2009)`s study which was to validate the decision factors affecting the happiness and domain satisfaction. Koreans` happiness was better explained by the domain satisfaction(work, family life, finances) which means that happiness is the net outcome of satisfaction with all of the major domains of life. The effect of subjective class identification on the happiness was found to have a statistically significant casual effect in Korea. This means that in Korea where objective conditions of happiness are quite sought after but psychological factors seems to be more important than objective resource in predicting happiness.
