대학 무용지도자의 서번트리더십이 리더신뢰 및 리더만족에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of the College Dance Leaders` Servant Leadership on Leader Trust and Leader Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to clarify the effect of influence of college dance coach`s servant leadership on the leader trust and leader satisfaction1 and to provide as an empirical basic data for an academic improvement on the servant leadership theory and dance troupe. The object of the study was students who majored in the dance at university, and 400 students participated for the final analysis For our statistical test, correlation and multiple regression analyses were carried out to verify the hypotheses developed in this study. The analysis results support the conclusions to be summarized below Firstly, as the dance leader showed the servant leadership (devotion commitment to growth community building, conceptualization), members` credibility to leader was increased. Secondly, as the dance leader showed the servant leadership(devotion commitment to growth community building, conceptualization), members` satisfaction on the leader was increased The above results are very suggestive for the dance troupe management by the dance coach`s servant leadership. That is, the dance leader must value much of the relation management with members must present the future`s clear vision and unsparing support for a growth Also, the dance leader must need the leadership with efforts for a community creation and a service spirit of devotion
