한국컨설팅시장의 컨설팅 성과 제고를 위한 성공모형 구축에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 경영컨설팅시장을 중심으로 = A Study on the Establishment of Success Model for the Enhancement of Consulting Performances in Korea Consulting Market : Focused on Small and Medium Business Management Consulting Market

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Consulting industry is generally a comprehensive knowledge-based industry of high value added and one of the very important industry for efficient raising of national economic power. Comparing to other industry, consulting industry is a more contributable than any other industry and high job creation, however, the consulting competence of local industry is greatly inferior to that of an advanced country in actual condition. Recently government designated the consulting business as a new growth engine candidate and planning to fostering it as a core industry. In various ways, it is time to study a consulting industry as an essential industry with a high growth potential. In this context, this study purpose of this to establish a success model focused on small and medium business(SME) for the development of domestic consulting firm and whole consulting market in Korea. There are 3 main factors regarding hypotheses, a SME as a consulting consumer, consulting firm as a consulting supplier and government as a consulting facilitator by providing fund.
