This is a study to prevent the youths from the crisis of dropping out of school in their early stages through analyzing the characteristics of them from the interview with the teachers who had experiences with them, Methods such as the Inductive Analysis and Consensual Qualitative Research were applied at the same time, and the multiple investigator, which is one of the triangulation, was used, The interview with the teachers resulted in 6 categories, which are school under achievement, school maladaptation, indifference, outsider, oppositional behavior, and family in crisis. The students who are in danger of dropping out were lack of motivation to study, and they couldn`t enter the school to which they had applied for their low grades. Secondly, they were indifferent to school life or any kind of events in school. Lateness, skipping off, and truancy happened before their dropping out. Some of them experienced the divorced family, and were exposed to the violence or neglecting of their parents. Considering above, schools and teachers should find out the youths who are in the crisis of dropping out. When they deal with the situation actively, they can stop the adolescents from giving up their studies.
