청소년활동프로그램의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 운영요인 분석 = 문화예술 인증수련활동 참여자를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study conducted a survey of 240 youth who participated in a culture and art youth accredited activity programs in order to elucidate the effect of participant and management factors on program effectiveness. The study results revealed that with respect to factors, that spontaneity of participant and sex significantly affected program effectiveness. Especially the more that youth thought that the facilities and equipages which the program was provided, satisfaction on sanitary and quality of food, enthusiastic attitude, and consideration for participants of youth wokers were better, the more they thought that program was effective. Of all factors, facilities factor had the stronfest effect on program effectiveness.
