DACUM 기법에 의한 노인 요양보호사 직무 분석 = Task Analysis of Geriatric Care Helpers Based on DACUM Method

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study was designed to create a job description and task analysis for Korean geriatric care helpers and examine performance frequency, importance, and difficulty of task elements. Methods: For this study, DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method was conducted and DACUM committee, which was consisted of 7 experts on this field was organized. then DACUM chart was examined importance, difficulty and performance frequency of DACUM elements. The sample consisted of 30 geriatric care helpers who performed duties related to geriatric care at community. Using SPSS WIN 12.0, descriptive statistics were conducted to examine the subject's general characteristics, importance, difficulties and frequency of task. Results: The job description of geriatric care helpers revealed 11 duties as general care, service of body care, service of emotional care, service of diet, service of clothing, service of housing life, life consultation, be accompanying going out, execution of daily business, administration service and self development. Also, the duties were subdivided as 102 tasks.
