영업사원의 성취목표지향성이 학습전이에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 자기효능감의 매개효과 = Relationships on Salesmens’ Achievement Goal Orientation, Creative Self Efficacy, and Learning Transfer

국문 초록 (Abstract)

성취목표지향성은 학습자의 학습동기를 유발하는 동기변인으로 학업목표성취와 학습전이에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인이다. 선행연구들은 성취목표지향성이 학습전이에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개변수가 존재한다고 보고한다. 그렇지만 매개변수로 창의적 자기효능감과 성취목표지향성, 그리고 학습전이간의 관계를 살펴본 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 성취목표지향성, 창의적 자기효능감, 학습전이간의 관계를 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1,000명이상 규모의 대기업에 종사하는 IT 영업사원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 229명이 자료분석에 사용되었다. 3단계 매개회귀분석 결과, 첫째 성취목표지향성의 하위변인으로 학습지향과 수행지향은 학습전이에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 창의적 자기효능감은 학습전이에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 성취목표지향성의 하위변인으로 학습접근과 수행접근은 창의적 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째 성취목표지향성과 학습전이 관계에서 창의적 자기효능감은 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Achievement goal orientation enables learners to be motivated toward the learning tasks and thus affect learning achievements and learning transfer. Previous studies report that mediating variables are existed between achievement goals. However, few studies have examined the role of the creative self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study was to examine the relations between achievement goal orientation type, creative self-efficacy, and learning transfer. A survey was conducted with 280 IT salespersons working in large companies that over 1,000 full-time employees are employed and the sales amounting are over one trillion won. A total of 229 questionnaires were finally used for the data analysis. The three-stage mediated regression results showed that achievement goal orientation significantly affected learning transfer, with learning approach- and performance approach- goal orientation positively affecting learning transfer. second, creative self-efficacy significantly affected learning transfer. Third, achievement goal orientation significantly affected creative self-efficacy, with learning approach- and performance approach- goal orientation positively affecting creative self-efficacy. Fourth, creative self-efficacy partially mediated the relations between achievement goal orientation and learning transfer.
