참여거버넌스와 공동체의 이질성 = Running the Participatory Governance in Heterogeneous Community

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, I suggest that the heterogeneous community needs to be supposed for dealing with the participatory governance effectively in Korea. It is likely to be fallacious to discuss and practice the participatory governance with the premise of the homogeneous community, which is shared in values and actions among its members. Standing on this proposition, I attempted to explain the perceptional and attitudinal differences among the actors involved in a national project named ``Hub City of Asian Culture.`` The result of analysis shows a significant difference among the community members in the attitude of the project, as well as in the types of cultural bias and social trust.
