친환경농산물의 유통체계 개선방안에 관한 연구 : Fuzzy AHP를 중심으로 = A Study on the Methods to Improve the Distribution System of Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products : Focusing on Fuzzy AHP

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 친환경농산물 유통체계의 개선방안에 관한 우선순위를 합리적으로 도출하기 위하여 Fuzzy-AHP를 사용하였다. 이를 위하여 친환경농산물 유통체계의 개선방안에 관해서 문헌고찰을 통하여 평가 항목을 선정하고, 이를 바탕으로 선행연구 및 유통전문가의 면접을 토대로 현재 겪고 있는 친환경농산물 유통체계의 문제점에 대한 개선방안들을 측정변수로 선정하였다. 그리고 Fuzzy-AHP를 통해 어느 평가항목이 가장 우선적으로 개선되어야 하는지 우선순위를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 상위 평가 요인의 4가지 항목 중, 유통주체가 32.6%로 최우선순위로 나타났고, 다음은 유통경로(28.1%), 산지유통(24.2%), 유통정책(22.7%) 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 측정변수 12가지의 평가기준 항목에서는 친환경 농산물 물류센터의 설치·운영(0.153)이 다른 개선방안들보다 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로는 직거래의 확충(0.117), 유통경로의 다양성 확보(0.116), 판매망 확충(0.113), 사이버 마켓 구축(0.102), 안정적인 수요처 확보(0.100) 등의 순으로 나타났다. 친환경농산물의 생산·확대, 수확 후 관리체계의 정비, 유통 품목의 다양화, 사이버마켓 구축자금지원, 직거래자금, 물류시설 지원자금 등의 평가항목 등은 비교적 낮게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study applied Fuzzy-AHP to make the most rational decision making on the improvement methods for an ambiguous distribution system of environment-friendly agricultural products. In this view, assessment items were selected through literature review to examine the methods to improve the distribution system of environment-friendly agricultural products. Then, the methods to improve the present distribution system problems of environment-friendly agricultural products were selected as measurement variables based on previous researches and interviews with distribution experts. Finally, top-priority improvement was decided among assessment items through Fuzzy-AHP. As a result of analysis, four priority assessment items were found. The top priority was the distribution subject(32.6%), followed by distribution channels(28.1%), agricultural product processing (24.2%), and distribution policies(22.7%). For assessment criteria items of 12 measure variables, the highest improvement method was the establishment and operation of the logistics center for environment-friendly agricultural products(0.153), followed by the expansion of direct transaction(0.117), guarantee of distribution channels(0.116), the expansion of sales networks(0.113), the construction of cyber markets(0.102), and the guarantee of stable demand(0.100). The production and increase of environment-friendly agricultural products, the maintenance of control systems after harvest, diverse distribution items, support of funds to construct the cyber market, direct transaction funds, and logistics facilities funds had relatively low priority.
