창업가의 특성, 환경적 특성과 사회적 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 = The Effects of Entrepreneurs and Environmental Characteristics, Social Entrepreneurship on the Performance of Social Enterprise

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 창업가의 특성과 환경적 특성이 사회적 기업가정신 및 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 사회적 기업, 창업가의 특성, 환경적 특성 및 사회적 기업가정신에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형은 사회적 기업가를 대상으로 분석하였다.
분석결과, 첫째, 창업가의 성취욕구, 비전설정능력은 사회적 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 불확실성은 사회적 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사회적 기업가정신은 사회적 기업의 재무성과 및 사회적 성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과는 사회적 기업가의 기업가정신을 향상시키고 사회적 기업이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of entrepreneurs and environmental characteristics, social entrepreneurship of social enterprise. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to performance of social enterprise, entrepreneurs and environmental characteristics, social entrepreneurship. The proposed model is analyzed to target social entrepreneurs. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows.
First, need for achievement positively influence social entrepreneurship. Second, capability of vision making positively influence social entrepreneurship. Third, environmental uncertainty positively influence social entrepreneurship. Finally, social entrepreneurship positively influence finance and social performance.
The results of this study will provide various implications to improve performance and social entrepreneurship in social enterprise.
