IT산업의 산업파급효과 분석|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경제성장에 따라 IT산업에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며 IT산업이 국가경제에서 차지하는 비중도 크게 증가하는 등 국내외적인 경제환경의 변화로 인해 IT산업의 역할이 보다 중요해 지고 있다. 따라서 IT산업의 산업파급효과 분석을 통해 IT산업이 국민경제에서 차지하는 역할을 진단하고 이에 기반하여 IT산업정책을 수립해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 투입산출분석을 이용하여 IT산업의 국민경제적 산업파급효과를 분석하기 위해 수요유도형 모형, 공급유도형 모형, 레온티에프 가격모형도 함께 논의한다. 무엇보다 급속한 성장을 거듭하고 있는 IT산업의 특성을 고려하기 위해 RAS기법을 통한 산업연관표의 최신화를 시도한 후, IT산업을 중심에 놓고 이를 외생화하여 분석 및 해석하는 접근방법을 취함으로써 IT산업에 대해 논의를 집중시킨다. 분석결과 IT산업은 국가경제에서 산업간접자본과 같은 매우 중요한 국가핵심산업으로 발전하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Increasing demand and technical developments on the IT industry demand that researchers provide policy makers with available and responsible information regarding the role of the IT industry in the national economy. This paper employs input-output(I-O) analysis to examine the economic impacts of the IT industry. A static I-O framework is employed. Supply-driven model and Leontief price model which have not been widely employed as well as demand-driven model and inter-industry linkage analysis, are discussed. With regard to rapid growth of the IT, we attempt to update the I-O table using the RAS method. This study pays particular and close attention to the IT industry sector by taking the industry as exogenous and then investigating economic impacts of it. Finally, the author presents the results which address production-inducing effects and supply-shortage effects of the IT industry sector, inter-industry linkage effects of 29 sectors, and pervasive effects of price change in the IT industry sector.
