치료지원 바우처 사업에 참여한 치료사 특성 및 만족도

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the profile of rehabilitation service providers, including an inquiry into their level of satisfaction within the voucher based rehabilitation therapy program. A total of 389 providers of rehabilitation therapy for children with disabilities participated in this study by questionnaire to gather data including demographics, years of experience, college major, specific occupation, number of clients, satisfaction level, and cause for dissatisfaction. Speech therapists represented the largest occupational group at 30% of the study population. Statistical analysis was utilized to compare the level of satisfaction among the various occupations, with the psychological services category indicating a higher level of satisfaction than speech therapists. The primary causes of dissatisfaction in order of prevalence include: 1) complexity of administrative processing and associated lack of regulatory guidance, 2) scarcity of supervisory staff, and 3) anxiety resulting from uncertain employment status. These results may provide guidance for future managerial direction within the voucher based rehabilitation therapy program.
