다문화가정 유아의 보육시설 초기적응에서 갈등원인 분석 : 놀이상황을 중심으로 = A analysis on conflict in play situations of infant from multicultural families

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설 초기적응에서 다문화가정 유아의 놀이상황에서 발생하는 갈등의 원인이 무엇인지를 살펴보는 것이 목적이었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울지역 M구에 위치한 구립어린이집인 A어린이집에서 2010년 3월부터 5월까지 3개월 동안 매일 참여관찰을 하였고 교사와 학부모와의 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 만 3세 중 베트남, 중국, 필리핀 출신의 어머니를 둔 다문화가정 유아 5명이다. 연구를 통해 나타난 만3세 다문화가정 유아의 놀이상황에서 갈등의 원인은 대화의 어려움, 내 것에 대한 집착， 거부됨의 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구가 문화 기술적 연구로 연구결과를 일반화시킬 수 없다는 한계점을 가지고 있지만 다문화가정 유아가 자신의 삶에 보다 잘 적응할 수 있도록 도울 수 있고, 바람직한 관계형성 및 다문화교육에 대한 방향과 실천적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제시할 수 있다는데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to analyse the cause of conflict in play situation of infant from multicultural families. For this purpose, daily participant observation was executed from March to May in 2010 for three months at the A child care established by M district in Seoul metropolitan area and the data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and parents. Participants in this study were five three-year-old infants from multicultural families with Vietnamese, Chinese and Filipino moms. According to the analysis results, conflict in play situation between infant of multicultural families in child care early adaptation was caused by difficulties in communication, addiction to one’s own, and the category of being rejected.
