보육교사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Childcare Teachers’ Job Stress on Their Job Satisfaction: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Human Relations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 인간관계가 직무만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 관계에서 인간관계의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 G광역시에 소재하는 보육시설에 근무하는 보육교사 204명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 인간관계 및 직무만족과 부(-)적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보육교사의 직무만족에 대해 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 보육활동과 보수가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 직무만족에 대해 인간관계 하위요인 중 원장과의 관계, 동료와의 관계, 학부모와의 관계가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육교사가 경험하는 인간관계의 만족도를 증진시키는 것이 보육교사의 직무스트레스를 완화하고, 직무만족을 높이는 효과가 있음을 시사하는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objectives of this study were to examine the effects of childcare teachers’ job stress and human relations on their job satisfaction and to determine the mediating effect of human relations on the relation between childcare teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction. For these purposes, we analyzed questionnaires collected from 204 childcare teachers working at childcare facilities in G Metropolitan City. According to the results of this study, childcare teachers’ job stress was in a negative correlation with their human relation and job satisfaction. In addition, among the subfactors of childcare teachers’ job satisfaction, childcare activity and wage had a significant effect on childcare teachers’ job satisfaction, and among the sub-factors of childcare teachers’ human relation, relation with the director, relation with colleagues, and relation with parents had a significant effect on childcare teachers’ job satisfaction. This suggests that enhancing childcare teachers’ satisfaction with their human relations is effective in reducing childcare teachers’ job stress and increasing their job satisfaction.
