공유경제의 전망과 과제에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on the Prospect and Challenges of the Sharing Economy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

2008년 미국에서 시작된 서브프라임 모기지 사태는 정부의 각종 경기부양을 위한 정책에도 불구하고 실효성을 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 공유경제는 물품을 소유의 개념이 아닌 서로 대여해 주고 차용해 쓰는 개념으로 인식하여 경제활동을 하는 것이다. 공유경제는 생산된 제품을 다수가 공유하여 사용하는 것으로 인터넷과 스마트폰에 기반을 둔 협업소비를 기본으로 하는 경제방식이다. 본 연구는 공유경제에 관한 탐색적 연구로 이론적 논의에서 공동체주의, 공유가치창출, 협력적 소비, 전망이론에 대해 논의하였다. 다음으로 공유경제의 대표적인 사례와 서울시의 공유경제 현황을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 공유경제를 확산시키기 위해 성공 모델의 개발, 공유경제에 대한 시민의 긍정적 인식 개선, 정부차원의 신뢰와 평판시스템의 구축, 관련된 법ㆍ제도의 지원과 정비의 필요성을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In 2008, the subprime mortgage crisis initiated from U.S is the actual condition which doesn't get the effectiveness in spite of the policy for government all sorts of business supports. The sharing economy recognizes the thing as the concept which is not possession concept and which it rents and borrows and which it is bitter and does the economic activity. The majority shares and the sharing economy uses the product and is the economic way of consuming the collaborative consumption putting the foundation on the Internet and Smart phone with the basis. This research discussed the community principle, share value creation, collaborative consumption, and prospect theory as the exploratory research about the sharing economy in the theoretical discussion. Next, the representative case of the sharing economy and Seoul City share economy present condition was looked into. In the conclusion, the successful model development, recognition improvement of the citizen about the sharing economy, construction of the confidence and reputation system, and necessity of the legal system support and repair were presented in order to diffuse the share economy.
