프로그램 논리모형의 개념과 유형화에 관한 소고(小考) = Program Logic Model: Some Conceptual Issues and Typology

The program logic model has recently been getting more interest and widely used as a tool for the theory-driven evaluation. However, there exist some confusion on its concept, resulting problems in the development and usage of it. In Korea, academic researches are not sufficient and some evaluators tend to regard it as a simple template, which have caused superficial and arbitrary application of the tool. This paper explores and clarifies previous arguments about the two confusing themes -the meaning of program ``theory``, the relationship between logic model and program theory. We derived a framework for the typology of various logic models and applied it to the existing literature. The typological characteristics of Korean and foreign literature were reviewed and future research suggestions were offered in relation to them.
