This paper aims to finding ``the Changbi`` and its effect on literary works in the quarterly magazine Changjakguabipyeong [Changbi]. How can we find and call ``the Changbi`` - the specific color of magazine Changbi- on the literary works? Is it possible to call ``the Changbi`` as the specific color of magazine Changbi? To answer the questions, I examined the paradoxical idea and changing literary viewpoint on the literary works in the magazine Changbi, at first. For example, rural literature had been overvalued as a kind of presentation of the national literature in the magazine Changbi. Writings and literary works in magazine Changbi had been shown a consistent idea throughout the 1970s. The Idea converged on ``the national`` and ``the minjung9 as a national subject. During the making of ``the Changbi``, the relationships between ``creation`` and ``criticism``, ``literature`` and ``(historical) reality`` had been rearranged. This paper reviewed the procedure of ``the Changbi`` formation in terms of the topology of central/peripheral on the basis of the dependency theory, Then the meaning of the literary works would be determined by Korea``s political and economic international status. According to the topology of central/peripheral, Korean international status has been repeated in topology of city/countryside. Therefore it is possible to assume that the meaning of the literary works would be determined by the topology of city/countryside. As a result, through the discursive distinction between the ``creation`` and ``criticism`` in the magazine Changbi had been connected with historical cognition of the society, this paper could be shown that the reversing mechanism of the discursive distinction had been confirmed to understand the logic of dialectical evolution.
