장애노인의 경제활동이 건강상태에 미치는 영향 : 가족관계만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Effects of Economic Activity on the Health States of Disabl ed Elderly : with a Focus on the Mediating Effect of Family Relations Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 장애노인의 경제활동이 건강상태에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검증하고 이 관계 속에서의 가족관계만족도의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국보건사회연구원에서 실시한 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel Study)의 8차년도 원자료를활용하였으며, SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 이 변수들 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석방법은기술분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 연구모형을 검증하였다. 분석결과 장애노인의 경제활동이 건강상태에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족관계만족도가 경제활동과 건강상태의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애노인의 경제활동을 촉진하고, 가족관계만족도를 높여 건강상태가 양호하게 유지될 수 있도록 장애노인의 경제활동을 촉진하는 실천적․정책적 방향을 제시 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of economic activity on the health states of disabled elderly, and the mediating effect of family relations satisfaction on the relationship between economic activity and health states. For these purposes, the eighth wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study of 2013 conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used as raw data. To analyze this data, SPSS 21.0, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used. The results obtained in this study demonstrate that economic activity has a significant effect on the health states of disabled elderly. In addition, family relations satisfaction has been shown to have a mediating effect between economic activity and health states. Based on these empirical findings, more active economic activities, better family relations, and more positive practical programs and policy directions are suggested to promote health states of disabled elderly.
