가정외보호 퇴소 대학생의 생활경험 = Life Experience of College Students Transitioning from Out-of-home Care

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to understand in-depth life experience of college students transitioning from out-of-home care. Focus group interview and the photovoice method were used. Five college students were interviewed and the results were analyzed through content analysis. Results showed that 4 themes including `Better for national basic livelihood security recipients`, `Life to still need management`, `Regret going to college`, and `Enduring strange and lonely time`, emerged with 15 sub-categories. College students transitioning from out-of-home care were not able to study or work well due to financial problems. Also, they regretted going to college because of their obscure situation which the struggling reality and invisible hope for the future pushed them into. They more often felt lonely and had difficulty in independent living. It is suggested that the social welfare practice and policy to enable college students transitioning from out-of-home care to live a more stable life should be provided.
