대학생의 학습역량 진단 연구 : 중요도와 실행도의 차이 분석을 중심으로 = A Study on the Diagnosis of the Learning Competence of University Students: Focused on the Analysis of Differences of Importance and Performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, an analysis of differences of the importance and performance of learning competencies was performed on data from 518 students in A College and 728 students in B University in Chungnam Province. Learning competence can be classified into three main areas, including individual, basic, and extended learning areas. These core areas can be subdivided into 30 areas according to 9 learning competencies such as self-development competence, interpersonal relation competence, future planning competence, basic learning competence, specialty learning competence, study management competence, problem solving competence, creative convergence competence, and information technology competence. According to the analysis results, the top three areas which the students in the four-year university think are in need of improvement are, in order, time management, goal management, and self-competence. The main areas which the students in the two-year college believe need to change are, in order, time management, goal management, motivation control, openness, and self-competence about majors. In conclusion, the study implies that a systematic approach is necessary to help students in university and college improve their learning competence in the areas of time management, goal management, learning motivation, and self-competence about majors.
