    The purpose of this study is to examine research trends in the field of Human Resource Development using a keyword network analysis of the peer-reviewed research articles published in the four major AHRD journals. For the analysis, we collected 2,119 keywords from 1,082 articles published in the four journals from 2006 to 2015. Our finding suggested that a keyword network of AHRD research for 10 years has a small-world and scale-free characteristic. By conducting analyses of degree centralization and frequency, we also found 27 major keywords. We then identified six core keywords(i.e., leadership, job satisfaction, learning, performance, training, organizational commitment). The results of further ego-centric network analyses of the core keywords showed that each keyword forms unique components(groups of keywords) in connection with a variety of neighbor(major) keywords. The findings of this study not only provide new knowledge to the field of HRD, but an implementation of the network analysis that enables us to investigate comprehensive and specific research trends. Based on the findings, conclusions and implications were discussed.
