상청파 연단술 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

『太上八景四蕊紫漿五珠絳生神丹方經』, 『太微靈書紫文琅玕華丹神眞上經』, 『洞眞太上紫度炎光神玄變經』은 상청파 연단문헌이다. 이들 문헌은 300년대 초부터 360년 사이에, 『太微靈書紫文琅玕華丹神眞上經』, 『太上八景四蕊紫漿五珠絳生神丹方經』, 『洞眞太上紫度炎光神玄變經』의 순으로 성립되었다. 육조시기 연단술의 주류는 갈홍이 소개한 금액과 구단이었다. 기존의 연단술에 상청파의 관념을 불어넣은 상청파연단술은 주류가 아니었다. 존사가 핵심수행법인 상청파내에서도 연단술은 주변부적 존재였을 뿐이다. 그러나 외단으로부터 내단으로의 전이를 가능하게 한 솥을 몸통으로 보는 관념은 상청파연단술에서 처음 확인되는 것이다. 주변부적 존재였던 상청파연단술은 육조시기 연단술의 분파로서 양생사상사에 중요한 기여를 했다고 평가할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Divine, Authentic and Superior Scripture of the Elixir Efflorescence of Langgan, from the Numinous Writings in Purple Script of Great Tenuity(太微靈書紫文琅玕華丹神眞上經), Central Scripture of the Nine Perfected Persons(上清太上帝君九眞中經) and Dongzhen Scripture of the Most High on the Blazing Radiance That Emerged from Purple and Transformed from Divine Mystery(洞眞太上紫度炎光神玄變經) are the scripts representing Great Purity(上淸)’s Chinese alchemy. These books are supposed to be written in the early 300s. Gold Liquor(金液) and Nine Elixir(九丹) represent the Chinese alchemy of this period. The Great Purity’s Chinese alchemy, which was established by introducing Great Purity’s idea into preceding Chinese alchemy, was not in the mainstream of alchemy in that period. And Great Purity School seems not to regard alchemy as an important nurturing life technique. However, the idea regarding torso as caldron, which made the converge from external alchemy to internal alchemy, is the idea of Great Purity’s Chinese alchemy. Great Purity’s Chinese alchemy, though in fringe of Chinese alchemy, can be evaluated as an important source in the development of nurturing life technique.
