어머니의 양육스트레스와 영아발달 간의 관계 연구: 상호작용 행동과 양육효능감의 매개효과 검증 = The study of relationship between maternal parenting stress and infant development: The mediating effects of mother`s responsible interaction and parenting efficacy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among maternal parenting stress, responsive interaction, parenting efficacy and infants` development. In addition, I verified the mediating effects of responsive interaction and parenting efficacy in terms of the effect of parenting stress on infants` development. Participants are 139 mothers and their 6~18 months old infants from the Seoul area and Gyeonggi Provinces. Mother-reported questionnaires were used to assess parenting stress, parenting efficacy and infant`s developmental functioning, And mother-child dyad were videotaped for approximately 10 minutes during playing together to collect the data of responsive interaction. The results were as follows Structural Equation Modeling analysis showed that parenting stress was negatively correlated with responsive interaction, parenting efficacy and infants` development, and responsive interaction was positively correlated with parenting efficacy and infants` development. In addition, responsive interaction and parenting efficacy had indirect effects on infants` development. The function of maternal psychological characteristics and infant development was discussed.
