    This study aims to figure out the current state of university dance education and investigate development plans. Therefore in this study, we analyze problems of university dance education and look through the process of transition, based on precedent studies and case studies, and suggest the future-oriented way to go. This study allows us to recognize the present state of university dance education in Korea and develop improvement plans, so that we can prepare preliminary data on dance education and promote specialization, popularization and enrichment of dance art.
