특수교육대상자 치료지원 서비스에 대한 부모인식 조사 = A Study on the Parents Perception of Therapeutic Support Service for Persons with Special Educational Needs

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교과부와 보건복지부에서 지원하는 장애아동 재활치료 서비스에 대해 부모의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구의 목적에 적합한 조건을 갖춘 20명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 치료지 원에 대한 제도 및 정책 구조에 대한 인식, 내용 및 시행과정, 문제점과 개선방안을 중심으로 예비면담, 재활치료 전문가들의 논의 등을 토대로 총 11개의 질문지를 구성하였다. 면담은 자녀가 교육받고 있는 사설치료실, 병원, 복지관 등을 방문하였으며, 1인당 30~60분 정도 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 부모들은 가계의 경제적 부담 경감에 관심이 집중되어 있었고, 현재의 지원정책으로 다소 경제적 경감을 느끼고 있으며, 치료지원 정책결정의 주체는 장애당사자 부모이어야 함을 강조하고 있다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to reveal parents perception of current institutions, system, and construction on therapeutic support provided by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the rehabilitation service for children with disabilities supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, whether the therapeutic support met individual child s individual needs and desires, and what problems were. 20 subjects qualified for the purpose of the study were selected and an interview questionnaire was made with its focus on the perception of institutions and policy structure, contents and implementation process, and problems and improvement of therapeutic support. Study results suggested that most parents concentrated their attention on the substantial reduction of an economic burden in relation to therapeutic support policies, felt some economic reduction by the current therapeutic support, and emphasized that the subject of deciding therapeutic support policies should be the parents of children with disabilities.
