중독 상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 몰입감(flow) 모델의 이론적 시사점 = The theoretical implications of the flow model for the development of the addiction counselling program

The purpose of this study is to find the theoretical implications of the Csikszentmihalyi's flow model in developing the counseling program and techniques for addiction problems. After reviewing the severity and concept of addiction problems the study addressed theories of the mechanisms of addiction problems. Then with the theoretical and empirical review of the flow model this study made sure that the flow model had lots of implications for the counseling processes and counseling techniques of the addiction problems. Lastly this study tried to develop the counseling techniques and the program for the addiction problems through inquiring the common mechanisms of the flow and addiction phenomena.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중독 문제 상담 프로그램과 상담 기법을 개발하는데 몰입감 (flow) 모델이 갖는 이론적 시사 점을 찾아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저 중독의 현황과 개념을 살펴보고 중독현상을 설명하는 이론들을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 본 연구는 몰입감 모델의 이론적․경험적 연구결과를 살펴보면서 이것이 일반 상 담의 과정에 직접 적용할 수 있는 많은 과정적 및 내용적 시사점을 던져주고 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 몰입감 현상과 중독 현상을 비교하며 그 공통적․차별적 기제들을 밝혀 냄으로써 몰입감 모 델을 중독상담 과정 모델로 확장하려는 시도로써 중독 상담의 여러 기법들과 시험적인 중독 상담 프로 그램을 개발하였다.
