상담사례개념화 교육 프로그램 개발 연구 = A Study on Development of Case Conceptualization Training Program

The purpose of this study was to systematically develop the case conceptualization training program for counselors in their early and middle stages of their career, and to evaluate how effective the developed program was in practice. For these purposes, the contents of case conceptualization training that had been presented in previous counseling theories and researches were analyzed. And in following the systematic program development procedure presented by analysing the previous studies, the case conceptualization training program was finally made. The effectiveness of the developed program was evaluated by fidelity level(program validity and treatment fidelity), and outcome and application level. First, The program validity was assessed by 11 professional counselors and the treatment fidelity was assessed by 3 attendants of the program, each one from the upper group, middle group, and lower group at the results of post-test. Second, in order to verify the outcome and the application level, 20 counselors with masters degrees that had been personally counseling clients were randomly placed each in the experimental and the control group. Then the 10 counselors in the experimental group were administrated whereas the rest of the 10 were the waiting group who made up the control group. In conclusion, this program was effective in enhancing the capability for conceptualizing cases, and in enhancing the capability of counselor's developmental levels, such as case conceptualization, strategy(treatment planning, goal setting, interventions), and emotional awareness to counselors who were in their early and middle stages of their career.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 수련기 초기와 중기에 있는 상담자의 상담사례개념화 능력을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 상담사례개 념화 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 프로그램의 유용성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 주요 상담이론과 선행연구에 제시된 사례개념화 교육내용을 분석하여 교육내용의 구성요소를 도출하였고, 선행연구의 프로그램 개발 절차 분석을 토대로 상정한 절차에 따라 최종 상담사례개념화 교육 프로그램을 제작하였다. 개발한 프로그 램의 유용성 평가는 충실도 평가(프로그램 타당도 및 실시 충실도), 성취도 평가 및 적용도 평가 영역으로 나누 어 이루어졌다. 첫 번째, 상담사례개념화 교육 프로그램의 충실도 평가를 위해 전문가 11명에게 프로그램의 타 당도를 평가하도록 하였고, 프로그램 참가자 중 사례개념화 전문가 사후평가에서 상위집단, 중위집단, 그리고 하 위집단을 대표하는 각 1명씩 총 3명에게 실시의 충실도를 평가하도록 하였다. 두 번째, 성취도 평가와 적용도 평가를 위해 석사과정을 수료하고 개인상담을 실시하고 있는 상담자 20명을 무선으로 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 10명씩 배정하여 실험집단을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 상담사례개념화 교육 프로그램은 수련기 초기와 중기에 있는 상담자의 사례개념화 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적이었으며, 특별히 상담 자의 발달수준 척도에서 ‘사례이해’, ‘상담계획’, ‘알아차리기’ 하위영역 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나 타났다.
