국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애아동 어머니의 사회불안과 우울감소를 위하여 콜라주 미술치료를 실시 한 임상사례연구이다. 연구대상은 자폐아동 어머니 1명이며, 연구목적에 맞게 3단계로 구성한 콜라주 미술치료 프로그램을 주1회, 60분씩 총10회기 진행하였다. 연구도구는 사 회불안척도(K-FNE)검사와 우울척도(BDI)검사를 사용하였고, 자기보고식 체크리스트와 회기별 변화과정 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 사전-사후점수를 원점수로 대응 비 교분석하였으며, 회기별 변화를 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 콜라주 미술치료가 장 애아동 어머니의 사회불안 감소에서 효과적이었다. 둘째, 콜라주 미술치료가 장애아동 어머니의 우울감소에 효과적이었다. 요약하면, 콜라주 미술치료가 장애아동 어머니의 사 회불안과 우울감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀져, 콜라주 미술치료의 일반화를 위한 후 속연구의 필요성이 있다.

This study is a case study on collage art therapy carried out for the reduction of social disturbance and depression of mothers of disabled children. The subject is a mother of an autistic child. The experiment was designed in three steps and was carried out for 10 times on a weekly basis, 60 minutes per session. K-FNE and BDI were employed in the study and self check list and sessional changing process was collected. Collected data were comparatively analyzed by comparing pre-examination and post-examination scores to raw scores, and the sessional changing process was qualitatively analyzed. The study results are: First, collage art therapy was effective in reducing social disturbance of the mother of the disabled child. Second, collage art therapy was effective in reducing depression of the mother of the disabled child. In summary, further studies are required to generalize collage art therapy since it was proved to be effective in reducing social disturbance and depression of the mother of the disabled child.
