국내 전통시장 활성화를 위한 미국 BID 도입 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present desirable direction of the activation of traditional markets for reference to the example of the United States BID. It’s because traditional market’s competitiveness has worsened and recession took place after opening circulation market in 1996. So this study analyzed the trends and problems of domestic traditional market and derived improvement projects from reviewing previous studies and conducting a survey of traders and customers. Based on the results of this series of reviewing, this study examined theoretical consideration and features about United States BID for analysis of a success case of commercial revitalization. As a result, when it is introduced in domestic, we could see the potential that can solve strategically the recession factors being a problem in the current traditional market. Therefore, this research presents necessity of introduction of a system, expected effects and considerations that improve the physical facilities and build institutional system concurrently for effective improvement projects. At the time of the introduction of commercial management system, this effect is expected to contribute to the development and revitalization of traditional markets by introducing the key points to be considered and complementing fundamental alternatives to future research.
