사회적 일자리사업에 참여한 결혼이주여성의 임파워먼트 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구: 사회복지공동모금회사업을 중심으로 = A Study on Internationally Married Women`s Empowerment Experience Participating in the Social Job: Focusing on the Community Chest Programme

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to investigate empowerment experience of internationally married women`s empowerment participating in the social jobs. For this study, ten internationally married women were interviewed and the collected qualitative data were analyzed through case study analysis. Main results of this study provide four main categories, such as the unstable adaptation, necessity of employment, difficulties in economic activities, positive experience of changing. Based on the results of this study, empowerment experience of internationally married women through social jobs was observed to get themselves strengthened. Therefore, various policies and practical programs to improve not only empowerment of internationally married women through social jobs but also their working conditions are needed to developed.
