공동주택 재건축 사업의 갈등대응 및 처리가 사업만족도 및 지속적 사업의사에 미치는 영향구조 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 주택재건축 사업의 사업시행단계에서 나타나는 갈등에 대한 대응, 처리, 관리에 관한 지표를 도출 하여 관련주체를 대상으로 적합하고 합리적으로 재건축 사업의 갈등을 해결하는 것이 목적이며, 이러한 평가를 통해 사업만 족도와 지속적 사업의사에 어떠한 영향구조를 가지는지 분석하고자 진행하였다. 이를 위해 변수 간의 관계를 검증하기 위해 조작적 가설을 설정하고, Smart PLS 3.0 통계 패키지를 이용하여 구조모형을 작성하였다. 총 252개의 셈플을 이용하여 영향 구조를 분석한 결과, 가설에서 설정한 데로 (+)의 경로계수로 도출되면서 t 통계량도 1.65 이상으로 유의하게 나타나는 가설 을 최종 가설로 채택하였다. 그 결과 채택된 가설은 총 9개 중 6개로 ‘갈등대응이 갈등관리(H1)’에 미치는 경로계수가 0.618, ‘갈등처리가 갈등관리(H₂)’에 미치는 경로계수가 0.150으로 나타났다. ‘갈등처리는 사업만족도(H5)’에 0.101의 경로계수 값을 나타냈으며, ‘갈등관리는 사업만족도(H7)’에 0.644의 경로계수 값이 도출되었다. 또한 ‘지속적 사업의사(H8)’에도 0.258의 경 로계수를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 ‘사업만족도는 지속적 사업의사(H9)’에 0.391의 경로계수를 나타내는 것으로 도출되었다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in housing reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure by using total 252 samples, this study adopts the final hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. In result, six out of the nine hyphothesis are adopted. then, The ‘Response to conflict’ which affects the ‘Management to conflict(H1)’ has a path coefficient of 0.618. In addition, the ‘Handling to conflict’ which affects the ‘Management to conflict(H₂)’ has a path coefficient of 0.150. The ‘Handling to conflict’ which affects the satisfaction of ‘business’ has a path coefficient of 0.101. and the ‘management to conflict’ which affects the satisfaction of ‘business(H7)’ has a path coefficient of 0.644. In addition, the ‘Intention for continuous business(H8)’ shows a path coefficient of 0.258. Finally, The satisfaction of ‘business’ which affects the ‘intention for continuous business(H9)’ has a path coefficient of 0.391.
